To qualify for a refund or replacement, items MUST be returned in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned product, a replacement will be sent immediately or a refund will be applied using the original payment method. Please note that payment may take 5-10 business days to be completed depending on your bank’s policies.

Return shipping fee in returning your product for a reason other than that it is defective will be deducted from your refund amount.

A restocking fee of $10.99 may also apply depending on the reason of the return.
